Sometimes bad things happen to good people, and sometimes mistakes can happen. In the event of the unfortunate, I will do all I can to work with you to resolve the issue! All inquiries will be responded to within twenty-four hours.
► I changed my mind, I don't want this/I want a refund.
All sales are final, so make sure you ask questions about an item before buying it if you have any concerns.
► Help! My order arrived and it's broken/the wrong item!
While I take great care to make sure the proper order is sent and wrapped safely, sometimes this can happen. Just send me a photo of the item and what's broken, and we can work out the details from there.In the case of the wrong item, I will send you the correct item asap, and consider the wrong item a free gift for me making a mistake.
► It's been weeks and my item still hasn't arrived! This is the most unfortunate circumstance, of course. To help prevent this as of 05/31/2011 all domestic orders come with delivery confirmation. This is an extra $0.80 charge on shipping costs, but I think you'll agree it's worth the peace of mind. If for some reason your item still does not arrive, please let me know. Remember domestic orders take 3-5 week days (weekends not included) and international orders take 6-10 days (weekends not included). It's not unnatural for some international orders to take a bit longer, so please be patient. If you believe your item has been lost in the mail, then please contact me asap!
► My item arrived fine, but after a few days/weeks something fell off/something broke. What should I do?
If something like this happens, please contact me and I will be able to help you from there. Remember to include specifics and photos if at all possible. While I do my best to ensure your item is sturdy and secure, sometimes mistakes can happen. If it does, don't panic and come straight to me. :)
